我們常說自己已經重生、得救了，但實際生活中卻仍靠著自己、靠著老我行事。結果自然流向虛榮、比較、競爭、嫉妒，並且破壞群體。保羅的邏輯非常清楚：既然我們的生命是聖靈開始的（得生），我們的生活也必須由聖靈帶領（行事）。唯有如此，我們的生命才能真正反映基督，讓神得著榮耀。
